SPORTSTRETCH®

SportStretch® is a floor mat, movement based, full body routine that consists of both actively and passively stretching a client. It can be done as an individual treatment or integrated into the end of a massage.

This work can be used as a warmup prior to activity, as it can invigorate an athlete and get them ready to move, or it can be applied as recovery work, to relax them after activity.

THERAPeutic
MASSAGE

Therapeutic massage incorporates slow strokes and deep pressure to relieve "knots" and break up adhesions. This is ideal for clients with overworked muscles or connective tissue who are looking to relieve chronic pain in targeted areas through increasing blood flow to reduce inflammation.

You're free to communicate what level of pressure is comfortable for you as we work through the massage to bring you lasting relief.

SWEDISH MASSAGE

Swedish massage consists of long strokes with light to medium pressure throughout the body. It relaxes the mind and body to provide stress relief, as well as increases the flow of blood and lymphatic drainage leading to pain relief, improved mood, and better sleep.

Let your therapist know if you are experiencing tension or pain in any particular areas of your body that you would like to address (ex. neck and shoulder tension or low back pain).

CUPPING + MASSAGE

Cupping is a specialized type of deep tissue massage using suctioned cups placed on the skin to create a gentle vacuum, encouraging oxygen-rich blood flow to relieve muscle tension and promote repair.

The sensation of cupping is not painful (although you may experience temporary red marks from broken capillaries which fade in a matter of a few days to weeks). With origins in Chinese medicine, people have used cupping for thousands of years to help relieve headaches, back pain, neck pain, and more.

HOT STONE
MASSAGE

Experience the comfort and deep relaxation of a hot stone massage, where your therapist will use the warmth and weight of smooth, hand-held stones to sooth aching muscles.

The heat of the stones release tension in your body, allowing your therapist to use lighter pressure and long strokes to work deep within your muscles.
